"Nia & I got married in the Summer of 24’. Immediately upon planning all the particulars, I said to her “oh, I have a photographer”. I had been aware of Ivrie’s work for years, and knew just how great it would be for us based on what I had seen her do for others.

From the moment we hooked up with Ivrie, she was responsive, consistent, and very professional. We did an engagement shoot first in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia, which gave us some wonderful pictures we could use for our greeting table at the wedding, as well as some forever pictures we can fondly look back on. The posing and placement directions she gave us during the shoot made us feel super comfortable - especially for people who have no experience posing for photos, Ivrie is a true pro.

At the wedding day itself, Ivrie was punctual, prepared, and extremely patient with us given that we had a somewhat hectic start to the day. Despite our commotion, Ivrie captured methodical “get ready” shots, along with some heart warming candid pictures. During the family formal shoots, Ivrie once again gave direction for posing that made the process comfortable for everyone and highly efficient under time constraints. Our bride & groom formals are some of our absolute favorite of all pictures we took that day. The background settings Ivrie chose in the surrounding area of Old City Philadelphia perfectly complimented our attire as well as giving us a variety of direction making for a full array of photos.

Nia & I had a smaller ceremony with 55 guests in a green house room where dinner was served after. Ivrie was able to capture magnificent photos of the venue and ceremony, as well as great candid shots throughout the night. Ivrie got all the important pictures that you would want, all while staying virtually invisible throughout the night, again, a true professional.

When we received the edits, we did so on a secure website, and we were amazed at how well everything was edited. The brightness, the clarity, the depth of all the colors - we put together an 80 page album! 10/10 experience with Ivrie. Worth it in every way.
