I’m Ivrie - think of the color, elephant tusks, or “the soap that floats.” I come from a long line of passionate story-tellers. My grandfather Ken was a whirligig of tall-tales & my grandfather Walter was an avid photographer. I greatly admired both of their talents, so I married the two. (Nope, I will not apologize for that wedding pun.)

I strive to capture moments as they happen, shooting primarily in a candid, documentary style. I also work with a deep understanding that a few of the posed moments can be important, too. My aim is to create the perfect balance of natural and necessary, resulting in images that you and your loved ones will cherish for years to come.
